We were born in the Chinese city of Hegang in 2002. Today we have a presence in 40 Chinese cities and more than 10,000 people working with us.
In 2024 we decided to travel to the USA, Korea and Europe. And we liked it so much that we have stayed.
Now we have arrived in Barcelona, as the first city in Europe to establish ourselves.
Our history
It all started with a very simple idea: a good dumpling doesn’t need anything complicated, just fresh ingredients, expert hands and respect for tradition. In northern China, dumplings have been part of everyday life for generations. They are not just food, they are a way of gathering, sharing and celebrating.
In Dumpling Xi we follow the same philosophy. Every day we elaborate our dumplings in an artisanal way, carefully selecting the ingredients and preparing each piece on the spot.
We believe that freshness is not an option, it is a principle, that’s why at Dumpling Xi:
We never use frozen dumplings.
We never serve dumplings from the day before.
Each dumpling is prepared the same day to offer an authentic, fresh and flavorful experience.
