Every day at 4 a.m., Dumpling Xi's central kitchens begin preparing fresh fillings of the day, which will then be distributed to stores at low temperatures via dedicated cold chain vehicles.

Freshly made.

The fillings arrive fresh daily and are consumed the same day. The dumplings are prepared and cooked on the spot, the fresh vegetables are blanched on the spot and the braised short ribs, according to the secret recipe, are simmered for 3 hours. Our open kitchen will allow you to appreciate the freshness of our preparations.

No prefabricated products.

The dumpling filling is made only with fresh meat, and the vegetables are washed, peeled and cut to ensure they are at their peak. After delivery to the store, they are refrigerated at 0 °C to maintain their freshness. They are not precooked or frozen. Our freshly made dumplings taste much better and are healthier.

Without soy sauce.

Dumpling Xi's dumpling fillings contain no soy sauce, preserving the natural flavor of the ingredients. The braised pork ribs and fresh vegetables are made only with COFCO Group's family-grade healthy oil.
